Hi! My name is Abby and I am an aspiring self-taught baker living in the UK. The reason behind creating this blog is to document my journey learning more about all things baking! I hope it will inspire other people to do the same.

Baking is one of the few things I am passionate about, along with my love for animals and my family. I love the feeling of creating something that people can enjoy (including myself!). I take inspiration from other bakers online, and in the media, to learn more about flavours and techniques, but this is something I am beginning to become more adventurous with. 

I hope to see people joining me on this journey and trying out some of my recipes for themselves!
